If you are searching for purposeful work, a balanced life, and a career where you can help transform lives and make a lasting difference in your community as part of a dynamic team, then Serenity Lane is the right place for you!

Here are a few thoughts our nursing staff shared about their experience working at Serenity Lane:

“My family says I’m so much less stressed out than when I worked at the nursing home. Love my peeps and my patients.”
“WOW! No IVs, feeding tubes, wound vacs, complex dressings, I’m in heaven”
“Our management team is supportive and flexible. I felt so prepared when I finished my orientation. That’s never happened with any other new job.”
“I’ve never worked with a better team, staffing is great, the docs treat us as colleagues, we have extra time for truly individualized care.”
