Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Prepare individualized appropriate treatment plan for the clients on your caseload
• Provide individual and group counseling in accordance with treatment plan
• Document treatment and discharge plans, and client’s progress and responses to treatment
• Maintain treatment related records and charts
• Work closely with the treatment team to ensure that all Burning Tree clients receive appropriate treatment

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Texas State licensure or certification (e.g. LCDC, LPC LMSW, Etc.);
• 1+ years experience in substance abuse counseling and/or mental health treatment.
• The desire and willingness to work with clients on a long-term basis (10-14 months)
• Working knowledge of the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous
