Maintains service desk plus informatics tickets including timely and accurate responses for issues referred by EMR Users.
Monitors timeliness and effectiveness of the EMR Vendor response to Service Task Tickets.
Coordinates Gateway, and Greenbriar participation in the Vendor’s User groups.
Reviews and distributes communications from the EMR vendor including all release notes, trainings, and updates.
Coordinates Data Definitions & Data Integrity Issues as well as changes to Service Types, Forms & Policies
Provides ongoing staff trainings on EMR and workflows.
Prepares variation analysis worksheets.
Prepares graphs of market, census, financial, and other data for regular, ongoing reporting
Provides data on legislative matters relating to D & A treatment and funding.
Provides data and information for various regulatory bodies.
Provides data for preparation of grant applications.
Performs various clerical duties as necessary.
Assists in special projects as needed.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Sigmund Software/Aura
Experience working with electronic medical record software products,
Experience working with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 security regulations.
EMR Behavioral Health experience.
Preferred Requirements:
SQL Knowledge and Experience
Tableau
Additional Requirements/Information:
PA Criminal History Record check,

Work Environment:
Remote - Eastern and Central Time Zones only
