Director of Business Development and Referral
Resilient House's Shreveport, LA rehab is a sanctuary staffed with highly trained psychologists and recovery personnel that offers an individualized and integrated program of addiction recovery. Resilient House recognizes that a single modality doesn't successfully meet the needs of every individual that is seeking recovery, and therefore we offer a multitude of best-practice methods in order to capture the needs of each client. We provide a cognitive behavioral emphasis to all group and individual sessions and encourage family therapy participation. In addition, biofeedback, EMDR, and trauma-informed counseling, as well as recreational and exposure sessions are supplements to our core curriculum.
Seeking a dynamic person with experience in marketing and advertising for residential treatment services in the substance dependence field. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining referents on a local, regional, and national basis for our residential treatment facility. Must have knowledge and resources in the field of chemical dependency, as well as the ability to market to both large-scale organizations and individual referral sources. Public speaking engagements and conference attendance required. Responsibility for 24-hour a day intake shifts as assigned. Minimum of 2 years experience in handling intake calls is preferred. Compensation is commensurate with ability and experience. Candidates with a strong existing referral network will have highest earning potential.
Develop relationships with community resources that refer residents for substance abuse treatment, including treatment centers, major employers/EAP’s, mental health professionals, medical doctors, and any other referring agency.
Attend networking events and conferences as representative of Resilient House in order to increase community awareness and company branding.
Facilitate onsite tours and events in order to promote program and encourage relationship building.
Work with Intake/Admissions and all other departments to facilitate resident admissions to our facility.
Clinical documentation throughout intake process and follow-up documentation via call tracking systems and electronic health record.
Increase inquiry traffic to Resilient House.
Maintain referral relationships by frequent telephone, email and in person visits.
Continually utilize all web, digital and marketing tools available to develop new ways to attract referrals.
Further develop alumni program to increase referrals.
Oversee all aspects of internet marketing including but not limited to, SEO, SEM, PPC marketing, Social Media marketing including day-to-day communications with all appropriate web vendors.
Oversee marketing staff.
Work effectively with AToN multidisciplinary team members.
Consultation with CEO, Program Director, and Director of Hospitality and Facilities as needed.
Quarterly and yearly reports including performance improvement, marketing budgets, referral tracking, and others as deemed necessary.
Frequent regional travel and quarterly national travel.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of successful business development/marketing experience in the substance abuse or a related field.
Basic understanding of the healthcare industry.
Ability to communicate our treatment program and goals to clinicians and medical professionals.
Experience in quarterly report writing and data collection for performance improvement.
Written and spoken fluency in English, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic web development principles and web marketing.
Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Driver’s license required.
