Main Areas of Responsibility: 

AveaOffice is a Revenue Management Platform built for especially for substance abuse and eating disorder Treatment Centers. We're pretty much obsessed with making it easier for treatment providers to help people by making it easier to manage their revenue. Our Customer Support Specialists are responsible for providing prompt, positive and empathetic customer service for all AveaOffice customers by utilizing a deep, cross-functional knowledge of the Industry, Product and Operational flows and establishing a referral-worthy relationship with customers by performing the duties in the following areas of responsibility:

Relationship Management
Product Support
Learning & Development
Product Advocacy

Other Information/Requirements: 

We would be thrilled, excited, amazed if we could find someone with previous billing, other RCM, or treatment center operations experience that is looking for a career change to tech.
