Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Job Description

-Work with the marketing department on digital and non-digital marketing efforts such as community outreach, local event participation and outreach, relationship management, face-to-face meetings with potential and current referral sources, tours, event planning, social media administrator (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.), design monthly newsletters and print advertisement, website design, updates and maintenance and content creation for platforms such as blogs, vlogs, pictures and videos
-Develop and maintain relationships with treatment centers across the country to promote RRRC’s services and secure sources of client referrals
-Utilize and update Salesforce, and all other systems, on a regular basis
-Strong commitment to department and individual measurements and metrics
-Develop and implement a follow-up and support program for RRRC alumni
-Develop a communication plan to contact alumni post-treatment
-Maintain alumni database, including family contacts
-Assist in aftercare monitoring emails/surveys
-Work closely with the clinical team regarding follow-up care, aftercare plan, relapse prevention, etc
-Plan, coordinate, and attend alumni events, including monthly alumni meetings, community service activities, and alumni panels
-Assist in the training of alumni and family members interested in becoming ambassadors of our programs
-Work with the admissions team to connect potential clients with alumni and family ambassadors
-Attend various marketing meetings and conferences to build and maintain referral relationships
-Work on referral development and internal customer service initiatives
-Connect discharging clients who are returning home with alumni in their home area
-Check in with alumni clients while they are in sober living facilities


This job has no supervisory responsibilities today but has the ability to grow into a supervisory role.

To perform this successfully, an individual should have adequate education, experience, and knowledge regarding the nature and treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction. Knowledge of community resources, principles, and techniques of alcoholism, addicts and drug abuse counseling.

Ability to speak professionally with individuals and other treatment professionals
Basic computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Salesforce

High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Degree in Advertising or Marketing is preferred, but not required
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a treatment center, residential setting preferred
Clinical/counseling experience a plus
Experience with 12-step recovery a plus
Experience in event planning and/or marketing preferred
Must be flexible and able to work nights and weekends as needed
Knowledge of or experience in mental health or substance use fields
Must have valid Colorado driver’s license

The employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; use hands to handle paperwork; reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Open work area; noise level is usually moderate.

Access: stairs
Work Hours: M-F, 8am - 5pm
Local Travel 20%, National Travel 10%
Position Salary is between 45k and 55k, plus 20% variable compensation to be paid out quarterly

Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
