Clinical Director of Breakthrough

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide supervision and leadership to Breakthrough Services on the Pennsylvania campus. Focusing on the development and implementation of services that support the vision highlighted in the strategic plan.

Oversee daily operations and growth of the Breakthrough program. Ensure that all financial and programmatic goals are met.
Develop experiential intensives for Caron programs, regions, and families as needed. Ensure the intensives are implemented and facilitated in-line with the strategic plan.
Increase awareness of Breakthrough Services at Caron by serving as an outward facing representative: speaking engagements, trainings, and engaging referrals in the regions/regional offices.
Provide regular individual and group clinical supervision to all Breakthrough staff to ensure professional development and quality of services provided.
Collaborates with necessary department heads to ensure high quality services are delivered through the Breakthrough program.
Participate as an active member of the Team Leaders Monthly Meeting.

Must be able to travel for conferences as needed via air and other forms.
Must be able to present to audiences in large and small group settings, which may be lengthy or multiple in a day.

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: 
The Clinical Director must have a minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in addiction/ behavioral healthcare with a focus in the following: family therapy, trauma, experiential, and emotionally focused approach to care.
Master’s Degree in Human Services with a minimum of 5 years of experience supervising clinicians.
Experience in various levels of care within the addiction/behavioral healthcare continuum.
Clinical licensure and related certifications required (LMFT, LCSW, or other experiential credentials).
If in recovery, 2 years of continuous sobriety preferred.
