San Jose Behavioral Health Hospital is a premier inpatient treatment center for adults and adolescents who are suffering from mental health concerns. During your stay at San Jose Behavioral Health Hospital, you can collaborate with our doctors, nurses, therapists, and clinicians to create an individualized treatment plan that meets your unique goals. We will closely monitor your progress as you participate in our programming, ensuring that you are constantly receiving appropriate and effective treatment and support from admission through to postdischarge continuing care. Adolescents ages 14-17 can benefit from our inpatient program, while adults age 18 and older may take advantage of our inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. We welcome veterans who are part of the Community Care Network, and we provide telehealth options for virtual assessments, programming, and visitation. We offer individual, group, and family therapies as well as medication management services for those who require medication during their stay. Treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP), and trauma-focused therapy.
