Located in a private setting just outside Atlanta in Norcross, Georgia, Lakeview Behavioral Health Hospital is a leading provider of individualized treatment for adults and adolescents who are struggling with mental health and addiction concerns. Our levels of care include inpatient programs for adolescents ages 10-17 and adults age 18 and older, including a specialized program for seniors. We also offer an on-site and telehealth partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults and detoxification services for adults and adolescents. In addition, we work with the Community Care Network to serve the unique needs of veterans. We believe in a multidisciplinary approach that considers the whole person and plans for your continued recovery after you leave Lakeview. Our compassionate and qualified treatment teams may incorporate behavioral and experiential therapies at each level of care as we tailor your treatment plan to address your specific needs and goals. Individual and group-based programs may include topics such as education, self-care, self-esteem, and support network development. You can also receive support for successful living through groups that may involve expressive and relaxation therapies, spirituality, relationship skills, medication education, and the 12-Step model of recovery. We know that people may suffer from co-occurring conditions — addictions to substances such as opioids, cocaine, alcohol, and heroin, which occur with mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). That’s why we created a unique Dual Diagnosis Inpatient Track. Patients in this track can learn about each area of difficulty while having the space and guidance to process how those areas affect each other.
