Pocono Mountain Recovery Center is a premier treatment center for adults who are struggling with addictions and co-occurring mental health concerns. Located in a rustic, picturesque facility in Henryville, Pennsylvania, our treatment center boasts intimate and comfortable rooms and a 9,000-square-foot Recovery Dome where patients can enjoy group meetings, special events, and recreational activities. Patients can also take advantage of our barbecue pit, picnic area, sand volleyball court, walking trail, and state-of-the-art indoor gymnasium. Our highly qualified staff members can help you navigate the path to lasting health from addictions to substances such as cocaine, benzodiazepines, opioids, phencyclidine (PCP), painkillers, and prescription drugs. Staff members are available to support you throughout each of our treatment levels, including detoxification, residential treatment, our partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP), and traditional outpatient treatment. We also offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We will work together with you to create a fully individualized treatment plan based on your unique needs and goals. We understand that addiction often occurs with other mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), physical and sexual trauma, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. We provide safe spaces where you can discover healthy coping skills and gain deeper insight through individual and group therapy sessions, sessions with supportive family members, and experiential therapies such as art, music, meditation, yoga, and mindfulness. Your aftercare planning begins soon after you arrive so that, together, we can identify the best strategies for relapse prevention, including sober living residences, 12-Step meetings, and counseling. Military veterans can also receive specialized, comprehensive care thanks to our partnership with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Community Care Network. Additionally, our Family Program offers education and support for patients’ loved ones so that they are well prepared to play an integral role in the recovery process.
