St. Lucie Comprehensive Treatment Center Accredited
At St. Lucie Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Port St. Lucie, Florida, we offer premier outpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older of all genders who are struggling with opioid use disorder. We are a medication-assisted treatment (MAT) facility that incorporates prescription medication and therapy. Adults who participate in MAT at our center may receive a prescription for methadone, buprenorphine, or Suboxone. Medication can help ease withdrawal symptoms and reduce opioid cravings, but it is not enough to sustain long-term recovery. To give our patients the best chance of lasting recovery, we incorporate individual and group therapy into our medication-assisted treatment program. In individual sessions, patients meet one-on-one with a counselor to work through challenges and discuss any factors that may have contributed to addiction. Patients can also develop the skills and strategies that will enable them to resist relapse and remain in recovery. Group sessions can provide opportunities for patients to connect with peers who are also working toward recovery from opioid addiction. At St. Lucie CTC, we understand that every recovery journey is unique. No two treatment plans are exactly alike. When a person chooses to receive treatment for opioid addiction at our facility, they collaborate with our team to prepare them for sustained success. Our goal is to help our patients build the skills and knowledge to maintain long-term recovery.
