Sierra at Southlake Outpatient Care is a premier provider of outpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older who are experiencing symptoms of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, eating disorders and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as for those who are struggling with co-occurring addictions. Located about 10 miles from the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport in Southlake, Texas, our mission is to offer a safe place to engage with others who understand your struggles while achieving holistic healing of the mind, body and spirit. Our multidisciplinary team of treatment professionals includes psychiatrists, psychologists, physician’s assistants, nurse practitioners, licensed social workers and licensed professional counselors. We offer patient-focused care in a safe and supportive environment. Your treatment team will create a personalized plan that meets your unique recovery goals. Sierra at Southlake’s highest level of outpatient care is our partial hospitalization program (PHP). This program meets five days a week for five hours each day. Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers a more flexible structure that allows you to continue attending work or school. IOP meets four days a week for three hours each day. We will provide ongoing evaluations to help determine how long a person will benefit from participating in each program. Our expert staff is trained in therapeutic treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and trauma-focused interventions. We are also pleased to offer additional services to complement the traditional therapies, including massage, acupuncture and yoga.
