The Freedom Center is an addiction and dual diagnosis facility located in Montgomery County, Maryland that offers a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Outpatient Program (OP). Our clinically-driven treatment model is based on an individualized approach that focuses on the treatment of substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders.
