Pinehurst Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is a premier outpatient treatment facility in Pinehurst, North Carolina, for adults age 18 and older of all genders who are struggling with opioid use disorder. We are a medication-assisted treatment (MAT) facility that incorporates prescription medication and therapy. Adults who participate in MAT at our center may receive a prescription for methadone, buprenorphine, Suboxone, or naltrexone. These FDA-approved medications can alleviate withdrawal symptoms and opioid cravings so that patients can fully engage in the counseling component of MAT. MAT at our CTC includes individual and group therapy. During sessions, patients can address the influences that may have contributed to their struggles with opioid addiction. They can also develop the skills and strategies that will enable them to resist relapse and remain in recovery. In addition to helping our patients overcome addiction, therapy plays a vital role in supporting their overall mental health.
