Pine Heights Comprehensive Treatment Center Accredited
Pine Heights Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in Baltimore, Maryland, offers trusted outpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with opioid use disorder. We are a medication-assisted treatment (MAT) facility that incorporates prescription medication and therapy. MAT is endorsed by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA). Adults who participate in MAT at our center may receive a prescription for methadone, buprenorphine, or Suboxone. Along with prescription medication, individual and group therapy sessions play an essential role in treating opioid addiction. In individual therapy, patients have the opportunity to explore the personal factors that may have contributed to addiction. They can also begin to develop the skills and strategies that will help them resist relapse and remain in recovery. In group therapy, patients can share their experiences and learn from other people who are dealing with similar challenges. The support of peers can be invaluable during the recovery process. At Pine Heights CTC, we understand that every recovery journey is different. This is why we approach each person’s treatment plan differently. When a person chooses to receive treatment for opioid addiction at our facility, they collaborate with our team to prepare them for sustained success. Our medication-assisted treatment program provides comprehensive care. We also offer case management and discharge planning services to help our patients transition back to their communities. We are committed to providing our patients with the highest-quality care to help them achieve their goals.
