Emerging from Trauma as Regulated Leaders

Trauma is a reality of human life. It impacts our world view, our ways of relating and how we
lead. Empirical studies have shown that the nature and style of leadership can impact the wellbeing
of the workforce as well as organizational commitment. As we move toward a new
normal after many months of turmoil, we have the opportunity to take an intentional approach
to how we show up in our lives and work. Join me as we explore the impact of trauma on our
leadership style, and find ways to grow into more empathic, brave, connected, and resilient
leaders.
