Why a Salary Survey?
Benchmark your organization against other addiction treatment providers regarding services offered, diversity of staff, benefits, and salaries. Survey questions have been expanded to include additional information regarding the nature of our industry, paid time off, health insurance and other benefits, and a broader range of salaried positions.
Who Gets the Salary Survey?
The 2016 Salary Survey was provided in electronic and professional print format free of charge to NAATP members who participated in the survey by supplying data. We are grateful to those members, without which, there would be no survey. They are highlighted on page five of the report.
NAATP members in good standing who did not contribute to the report may also acquire an electronic version free of charge this year. While this may not be the practice of NAATP going forward, we want all our members to benefit by seeing this important data. We also know that the value of the data will be improved by large member data contributions. We strongly encourage all NAATP members to participate in the survey process in years to come.
